Services

Maarketers provides digital marketing services (including SEO, social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress development, and email marketing) and creative services (including video editing, graphic design, 2D animation, explainer videos, whiteboard videos, and motion graphics). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon separately with each client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any required brand assets or access (such as ad accounts or website credentials) needed to deliver the agreed services.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment structure applies to all projects:

• 25% Advance Payment is required before any work begins.
• 25% Payment becomes due after the initial concepts, drafts, or first phase deliverables are presented to the client.
• Remaining 50% Payment must be completed before final delivery of source files, website migration, project handover, publishing, or release of final assets.

Work may be paused if scheduled milestone payments are not received within the agreed timeframe. Maarketers reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until all outstanding balances have been cleared.

All payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. Maarketers retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Delays

Delays caused by missing content, approvals, access credentials, or feedback from the client may affect delivery timelines. Maarketers shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from client-side dependencies.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and project expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

While we work to deliver measurable results, digital marketing performance depends on many factors outside our direct control (such as market conditions and platform algorithm changes), and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
